Refurbished vs Used

 
You may hear or see these terms often in your search and it helps to know what they mean. A used or pre-owned golf cart refers to a vehicle that has left the dealership lot. It could only be a day old, but if it's been bought and driven once it is therefore used.
 
Refurbished is a term to describe a model that has seen many years of use on the course. In many cases, it only gets a fresh coat of paint, new tires, and new seats. The mechanical aspect is often left alone, which means it's easy to buy this option and end up with expensive repairs soon after. If you go this route, be sure the refurbishment took place at a credible dealer who updated more than the aesthetics.

 

The Age
