I had a turn signal that stopped operating properly. I went to the open house in Decatur to see if I could get some information concerning this. I met Vernon who was very knowledgeable about this particular unit and knew of the solution. I called on a Monday to Van Wert and he was able to work me in and get the problem resolved, in the same day. I would have given 10 stars, but I can only give 5. Reasonably priced and knowledgeable and friendly. They even assisted me with another part I was looking for. I will be a repeat customer when the need arises.

We drove 110 miles to get the exact cart we were looking for. The website was easy to use and had great photos. It was priced right, 2008 EZGo. No rust, solid, everything we were promised on the phone with Fred. He taught us (first time cart buyers) what to look for and had the shop box up the windshield for the ride home. Quick and painless paperwork, helped tie down the cart, and an easy left to get back on US 30. Thank you Fred!!

Visited 10/27/22. The Salesman, Vernon, was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining things. Was not pushy like some salesman can be. He understood what we wanted (after my wife finally decided) and fixed us up with the perfect cart. I recommend the business to those looking for a golf cart. I cant say enough good things about my experience buying a custom cart from Van Wert. First off...I Love my cart. They had a great selection of custom carts and I found the perfect cart. As requested they added some additional accessories and did a great job with the service and instillation of them. Their sales staff was more that helpful and the owners hands on involvement made the process smooth and enjoyable. I ended up with a cart that is a real show stopper is the envy of everyone at my golf club. I bought a new 2018 EZ-GO cart from Van Wert Carts. Kevin was a great and very knowledgeable salesman. There was no high pressure sales tactics used unlike other places I looked at. I had a lot of extras added to my cart and it turned out great. After the sale I had a couple questions on the cart and called Kevin and he answered them all. This place has great products, prices and staff. Thanks again :)
